Christian Medical College, Ludhiana (CMC Ludhiana) is one of India’s oldest and most respected private medical institutions, established in 1894 and known for its strong legacy in medical education and healthcare services.

Originally founded as the North Indian School of Medicine for Christian Women, it was the first medical school for women in Asia, reflecting its commitment to inclusive education and service.
