Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
- Registration can be transfered to some one under same category via email but cannot be cancelled!
- No refunds for cancellations
Cancellation by Organizer:
- In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days
- All requests must be submitted via email to napticon2026@gmail.com
