Abstract Guidlines
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: NAPTICON 2026
- Registration for NAPTICON 2026 is mandatory before submission of the abstract
- Abstract of Original Research can be submitted for oral/ poster presentation ( a case report is allowed for poster session only)
- Only single entry is allowed for each delegate. Participants can submit abstract either for oral or poster session.
- Please mention your preference for the mode of presentation- Oral/ Poster while submitting the abstract.
- Submit the abstract under any of the following theme categories.
(GENERAL Oral and Poster presentation)
- A. Clinical Pharmacology
- a. Drug interventional studies
- b. Observational studies like Prescription audit, KAP, DPL.
- c. Cross-sectional
- d. Pharmacoepidemiology
- e. Medical Toxicology
- B. Experimental Pharmacology
- C. Medical Education Technology
- D. Pharmacovigilance
- E. Systematic review/ Meta-analysis
Structured abstract to be submitted for GENERAL CATEGORY: Oral and Poster presentation
- Title (maximum 30 words): Related to NAPTICON 2026 theme
- Authorship line (all authors, including Prefix, Full name, Suffix / Degrees; affiliations, Contact details of the corresponding author incl email and WhatsApp number)
- IMRaD – I (Introduction, objectives, and background); M (Methods, including Materials); R (Results, both descriptive and quantitative statistical results) and D (Discussion, including conclusion and limitations)
- Email ID of the presenting author (as a highlighted link)
Style of abstracts:
- Font: Title (BOLD)
- Authorship: (Vancouver style, First author undelined)
- ABSTRACT ( < 250 words structured abstract)
- Keywords 6-10 keywords (MeSH preferred)
- Format of abstracts: PDFs only
- Name abstract file as your NAPTICON 2026 Conference Registration number.pdf (e.g. 0211.pdf).
Guidelines:
Systematic review & Meta Analysis:
- Similar format of General category: oral / e-Poster presentation to be followed.
- No need to follow the IMRaD format for framing the abstract.
- Non-structured abstracts (No subheadings): Please refer to PRISMA 2020 checklist / QUORUM guidelines for: Systematic reviews / Narrative reviews / Meta-analysis / Network Meta-analysis (doi: https://www.prisma-statement.org/)
